Do race-walkers run when in danger?

I know this is long and kinda silly but it made me laugh.


Ive been reading this blog for a few months now thanks to Lindsay (I think) and it cracks Foxy and I up all the time. She will always ask me if Ive "read the new post". This woman is hilarious and worth keeping an eye on!
