After reading this thing 3 times I still couldnt figure out wtf was going on. If not mantaining you landscaping is a misdemeanor then Im formally requesting all my friends to chip in and get my bail money together. I guess technically you cant say I dont maintain my yard b/c I dont have a yard. its all dirt with a tree or two in the middle. Geez, Im moving to a country who cant afford to supply their constituents with water, let along water for landscaping.
