Rode my legs off

Yesterday was the first time in a few months that Rush and I got out to Hanna Park to do a little riding. Foxy had something going on in the morning so I decided to go get some exercise. I thought I was going to be a little late since its always hard for me to get out of the house in the morning, but Rush ended up right behind me due to a minor setback on the way up. Turns out he heard something odd behind him while driving and noticed his bike and bike rack had come off and tumbled down the road behind him. Luckily nothing was broken other than the straps holding the rack onto the car.

It turned out to be a beautiful morning, no rain, and a nice breeze blowing even through the woods. Now when we bike, we don't ride down the road for 10 miles or anything silly like that. We go full force, through the woods, up and down huge hills, over tree roots and bridges, narrowly staying on track and out of the small rivers. It can be pretty intense however a great time. We rode just about every trail out there (which there are many) before running into the disc golf course, which we had no idea was there.

Next time we will work 9 holes of disc golf in after the ride. Of course today I'm super sore.... in my back though. I'm off to the chiropractor!
